BlueLine Development and St. Brigit’s Village partnered to create Brigit’s Village Apartments, a multi-family housing development in Frederick, Colorado.
Brigit’s Village Apartments is a three-story apartment building with 40 one, two, and three-bedroom homes for individuals and families with incomes ranging between 30% and 70% of the Area Median Income. The building and community will offer physical space as well as other design elements and services that are relevant to the individuals and families who will live and thrive in this community. The building has been designed by Shopworks Architects.
