Flats at Grant Creek

Located at 3920 Trevally Lane, Flats at Grant Creek will feature 200 units designed to blend the feeling of home with the beauty of Montana as Grant Creek slowly meanders behind the units. The development will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units dispersed between four buildings as well as a common building offering offices, community kitchen, grilling area and a pergola for residents to utilize.

Construction began August 24th, with completion anticipated in August 2028. Additional information regarding leasing opportunities and application timelines will be announced closer to project completion.
