Lynn’s Landing

Once completed, Lynn’s Landing will provide 65 one-, two- and three- bedroom affordable housing units designed to serve families making 30-50% of area median income. Located at 2458 18th St. South, Fargo ND, the development will feature a community room, ample parking, and each unit will have Energy Star appliances including an in-unit dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Lynn’s Landing will be situated on the site of former public housing units that were vacated in 2024 and demolished in 2025. The name Lynn’s Landing also has special ties to the Fargo community. This project will be dedicated to the late Lynn Fundingsland, former long-term Fargo Housing & Redevelopment Authority Director who retired in 2017 and served the community for decades.
