Providence at the Heights (PATH) was a development project with BlueLine’s community partner, Second Chance Center. Located in Aurora CO, PATH offers 50 units (40 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom) of Permanent Supportive Housing dedicated to residents with a history of chronic homelessness and residents at risk of becoming homeless. PATH doesn’t just aim to house people but aims to tackle the root causes of chronic homelessness. These causes and barriers include criminal history, substance abuse, unemployment and underemployment, and undiagnosed/untreated mental health conditions.
BlueLine Property Management partners with local 3rd party service providers to offer case management, therapy, community groups, assistance in job-searching, and other individualized guiding tools to assist and provide support; offering its residents a second chance.
