The Grove at Cottonwood
BlueLine Development is proud to announce the successful closing of The Grove at Cottonwood, a new affordable housing project designed specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), in partnership with the Broomfield Housing Alliance (BHA).
This milestone marks a significant step forward in our shared commitment to providing safe, supportive, and inclusive housing that empowers residents and fosters community growth strengthens the community. Construction began in August 2025, and we look forward to welcoming residents to their new home.
