BlueLine is pleased to announce that 14‑4 Apartments has been awarded Low‑Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA). This award will catalyze the transformation of an underutilized site into a modern, high‑quality affordable housing community for families in the region.
The redevelopment site in Fargo, ND is currently occupied by 14 aging duplexes, which will be replaced with 65 newly constructed affordable apartment homes. Designed to meet the needs of households earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income (AMI), 14‑4 Apartments will offer a mix of one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom units, ensuring a range of options for families of different sizes.
This development marks the third collaborative project between BlueLine and our trusted partner, the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority, continuing a strong and successful partnership focused on expanding access to safe and affordable housing.
