BlueLine is proud to announce that Gem City Apartments has been awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) by the Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA). This milestone brings forward a thoughtfully designed 58‑unit senior affordable housing community in Laramie, Wyoming.
Serving adults 55 and older at 30%–60% of Area Median Income (AMI), Gem City Apartments will provide high‑quality, accessible, and 1 and 2 bedroom sustainable homes for seniors in the community.
As part of BlueLine’s commitment to supporting those who have served our country, we partnered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure veterans have access to safe and affordable housing in Laramie. Four units will feature a veteran preference, reinforcing our mission to expand housing opportunities for those who need it most.
Gem City Apartments marks the second affordable housing community developed by BlueLine in Laramie, continuing our investment in meeting the community’s long‑term housing needs.
Construction and project updates will be shared as development progresses. BlueLine extends our thanks to WCDA, the VA, and our partners for helping bring this important project to life.
