SALT LAKE CITY UT – October 2 – BlueLine is proud to announce a major milestone with the award of two competitive 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments in Utah. These awards reflect the need for affordable housing in Utah, as well as the strength of partnerships with organizations committed to expanding affordable and supportive housing opportunities.
Parkhill Commons | Millcreek, Utah
Developed in partnership with Housing Connect, a nonprofit housing authority providing affordable housing, rental assistance and supportive services, Parkhill Commons will bring 70 supportive housing units for seniors to the Millcreek community. The development will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for older adults.
This project marks an exciting new partnership between BlueLine and Housing Connect, helping address the growing need for affordable senior housing in the region.
273 Apartments | Salt Lake City, Utah
BlueLine is also celebrating the award of 273 Apartments, a 50-unit supportive housing community in Salt Lake City. Developed in partnership with First Step House, a Utah nonprofit that helps individuals overcome addiction, homelessness, and incarceration through treatment, affordable housing, and supportive services that promote long-term recovery and stability, the project will offer one-bedroom apartments designed to provide housing stability and support for residents in need
Building on a successful relationship with First Step House, this development represents another important step toward increasing access to quality affordable housing in Utah.
