We are excited to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Howick Apartments, a new affordable housing community located in Millcreek, Utah. This development brings 150 brand‑new apartment homes to the area, offering a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units reserved for residents earning 30%–60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Howick Apartments represents our second collaborative project in the region with our valued development partners, the Community Development Corporation of Utah. Together, we remain committed to expanding high‑quality, affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families in the Millcreek community.
