Taking down the Lashkowitz High Rise was a bold step, but it clears the way for what we do best: creating thoughtful, affordable housing. Up next? A brand-new 110-unit development designed to serve the Fargo community for generations. We have partnered with the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority on our second project in Fargo. The Lashkowitz High Rise was a well-known well known part of Fargo’s skyline for over 50 years.
