MISSOULA, MT – August 24, 2026 – Grant Creek Crossing-Missoula, Evermore Partners and BlueLine Development are pleased to announce the successful closing of Flats at Grant Creek, a new housing development that will provide 200 high-quality homes for residents of Missoula, Montana. Flats at Grant Creek marks the first step in development of the 80-acre parcel northwest of Missoula. This milestone underscores the urgency of expanding housing opportunities to meet anticipated demand as Missoula’s population is projected to grow to 145,700 by 2050, according to the 2025 Housing Assessment Report for Missoula County.
The Flats at Grant Creek development comes at a critical time as communities across the region continue to experience housing shortages, rising housing costs, and increasing demand for rental options. Population growth requires communities to make economic strides to ensure adequate housing and services are available to sustain the growth. Once completed, the development will provide much-needed housing opportunities for residents who may otherwise face limited housing choices, housing cost burdens, or barriers to securing quality housing.
Located at 3920 Trevally Lane, Flats at Grant Creek will feature 200 units designed to blend the feeling of home with the beauty of Montana as Grant Creek slowly meanders behind the units. The development will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units dispersed between four buildings as well as a common building offering offices, community kitchen, grilling area and a pergola for residents to utilize.
Construction is slated to begin on Monday, August 24th, with completion anticipated in August 2028. Additional information regarding leasing opportunities and application timelines will be announced closer to project completion.
BlueLine Development, Grant Creek Crossing-Missoula and Evermore Partners would like to extend our highest gratitude to Stockman Bank, Paradigm Architecture, IMEG Corp, WGM Group and Missoula County for making this project possible.
