We are excited to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Lashkowitz Riverfront Apartments, a new affordable housing community located in Fargo, North Dakota. This development brings 110 brand‑new apartment homes to the area, offering a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units reserved for residents earning 30%–50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Lashkowitz represents our second collaborative project in the region with our valued development partners, the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Together, we remain committed to expanding high‑quality, affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families in the Fargo community.
