Marshall Homes – Arvada, CO

BlueLine is proud to announce the opening of Marshall Homes, a new 85-unit community in Arvada, Colorado, providing fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments for families facing homelessness.

Marshall Homes represents a major step forward in addressing housing insecurity along the Front Range, offering stability, dignity, and a fresh start to families in need. Each apartment is move-in ready, fully equipped with furniture and essential amenities to help residents focus on rebuilding their lives.

Family Tree will serve as the on-site service provider, offering comprehensive wrap-around services designed to help residents achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Their support includes case management, employment and financial coaching, mental health resources, and family support services.

This project was made possible through strong partnerships with local agencies, community organizations, and dedicated supporters who share our vision of ensuring every family has a safe and welcoming place to call home.

Marshall Homes is more than just housing, it’s a foundation for new beginnings.
