BlueLine has partnered with the Community Development Corporation of Utah (CDCU) to bring 64 units of affordable senior housing to Millcreek.

This collaboration leverages the awarded 9% LIHTC to create safe, accessible homes designed to support seniors aging in place. Together, BlueLine and CDCU are advancing inclusive housing solutions that strengthen the Millcreek community.
